Ideas, impact & connection

Some opportunities are bigger than a business.

I love seeing potential in people and ideas — then helping them reach a wider audience.

TEDx Railway Village

Swindon had stories worth hearing.

With founding licensee Robert Jandy, I co-founded and co-curate TEDx Railway Village and coach its speakers. Together we brought Swindon its first TEDx event, creating a stage for ideas that deserved to travel further.

Speaker coaching is not about making everyone sound the same. It is about finding the thought only that person can bring, shaping it with care and helping them deliver it so the room can hear it.

Lines of Connection CIC

A bigger platform for people and ideas.

TEDx is one flagship programme. As a director of Lines of Connection CIC, I’m helping develop a broader platform that connects people, business, culture and community. The point is to make space for valuable ideas and voices that might otherwise stay unseen.

Community radio

Making room for more voices.

I’m also a director of Swindon 105.5 ↗, a community radio station rooted in the town. It is another way I put my belief in conversation, connection and local ideas to work.

The connecting thread

See it. Shape it. Share it.

In a business, that might be an underused asset. On a stage, it might be a strong idea buried under a lifetime of detail. In a community, it might be a connection nobody has thought to make yet.

I bring the same eye for value to all three.
